Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in New Zealand. Note that there may be shipping restrictions on some items and the delivery of those items may be delayed. If such a delay is required, this will be communicated to you by our customer service staff by email.
Orders are normally shipped within 2 days of your order subject to the availability of the item. In the event that an item in your order cannot be shipped due to availability within 5 days of your order, you will be notifed via email and / or telephone and a credit to your account will be granted immediately if so requested.
All products on our store are shipped to your designated shipping address by us using a carrier of our choosing. When you place an order, we will inform you of the shipping cost for each item and their estimated delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping address. Depending on your shipping address, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
