The Red Star models have been upgraded for 2011/2012. While the intended audience remains the same (frontside carving, high-performance), the ski has been modified to be lighter in weight and provide a more damp ride than previous models. Featuring a sandwich-sidewall construction with an ash-poplar core, titanal and fiberglass belts, the progressive sidecut of the Red Star features a low-radius tip, higher radius middle section and low-radius tail to allow the skier to ski with various turn shapes and sizes. Graphics have been upgraded to include a beautiful “metal look” top-skin, die cut White Star and logos, and white sidewalls, producing a beautiful ski that has superior grip, performance and a smooth ride.Our Race Carve model for high sporty skiers who are eager to go for a giant slalom, as well as to enjoy speed without limitations.
